The extension's Debug/Release configs had CURRENT_PROJECT_VERSION = 1 (untouched Xcode default) while the main app target uses 2026.0.25.0.0.1, triggering 'The CFBundleVersion of an app extension (1) must match that of its containing parent app' on every build/test run. Both targets now build with the same CURRENT_PROJECT_VERSION.
